Your Sugar Craving Isn’t Due To A Lack Of Willpower

What I keep hearing from my current clients is that they’re feeling held back and  are not progressing with their health because their sweet tooth is taking over!

They can’t bypass the sweets and they feel absolutely addicted to the treats.

They know if they could move forward and get past it, they would probably be where they wanted to be with their health goals.

They could be losing weight, having more energy and especially be without the eating challenges that they struggle with.

I keep hearing that they think it’s their lack of willpower but really, it’s not about developing what I call this “magical mindset” that somehow allows you to skip the sweets, and tell yourself not to eat them.

Sugars act on the centers of our brain that cause neurochemical changes that make that substance addictive to us.

It’s deeper than just will power.

We know TOO much sugar can be harmful to us; it can disrupt our gut by causing imbalances in our GI tract as well as inflammation and stress throughout our body.

Not to mention poor sleep, low energy, issues with memory, mood changes, and resistance to weight loss.

We have to take a deeper look at the biological systems of the body and what’s not in balance for what’s actually driving our sweet tooth.

We do this by discovering the “bad” bacteria in our gut that may be taking over, finding hormone imbalances we may have, analyzing our metabolism, as well as DNA and genetics.

We can find the solution to your sweet tooth by getting down to the root cause of it.

Reach out to me and we’ll set up a time to talk together about how we can do this for you.
